11: MCU-MS, Camera moves away, Cara gets off of wall and finishes the line " Like I was something to do". Cara still holding and playing guitar, she has entered the dream state.
12: WS of Cara singing and playing guitar while walking following boy from the side. They both walk out of shot, singing line 3 on lyrics script. Singing "Every nice guy you find".
13: MS Cara from behind over the shoulder following boy, still singing and playing guitar, look back towards camera occasionally. She follows the boy meeting his friends. Singing "messes it up somehow".
14: Continuous shot, boy moves in between his friends, Cara follows around. Singing "We got so close, you let me go and I'm wondering why".
This shot will transition or cut towards into the band 1st chorus scene.
15: 1st Projection shot, this will be projected into the band scene using a projector with images being fed from a lap top. Cara circles around the boys, singing line 5 " Cause I thought you were supposed to like me". She will be singing this part in the band sequence as well.
16: WS- Cara and boy walking down path, tracking shot. Cara and Nathan are talking, flirting and nudging each other. Then a girl waving appears out of focus at the right hand side of the frame. The boy waves back at the girl and then leaves Cara's side and walks straight towards the other girl. Cara walks on. Cara is not singing here, she is not in the dream/ghost like state.
17: CU of Cara from behind, she walks into shot, turns round to face toward the camera and looks surprised. Not singing. Turn around on "Cause I looked moody and bored"
18: MCU pf the girl and boy hugging, possibly kissing, they move away and exit of frame to the left on "I'm pretty sure you got with a girl".
19: Same shot, as they move they reveal Cara, singing and playing her guitar, she is in the dream like state. Sing "who wasn't me, yet I'm supposed to talk like I am happy, about it". when Cara says "about it" she nods towards the left, he camera will then whip pan left.
20: Whip pan again to MS of boy and girl on the swings, Cara is standing playing the guitar and singing line "cause you were supposed to like me". Cara makes fun at both of them, the boy and girl pay no attention to Cara.
21: MS from the side, Cara kicks the boy off the swing on " I must have miss read the signs, you're kind of hard to understand". The girl reacts surprised. Cara laughs.
22: CU Low angle of boy falling and hitting the ground, the girl rushes over and helps him up. This will be used as the second projection for next band scene in the 2nd chorus.
The next shots are going to be of the band. We will plan them at a later stage.
23: MCU of Cara walking around the boy, playing her guitar. Moving shot with Steadicam, the camera will go in the opposite way to Cara. This is going to be used for the Instrumental.
24: CU of cara, This shot will be used 5 times, for all the coda's and the start of the band scene in Chorus 3. 25: 26: 27: 28.
The bedroom, Bench, Path, Park and Band shot will all be framed the as close to each other as possible, so that they can cut to each other on the beat.
On the last one of the band the shot will jump cut on the out to a wide shot of the band on the beat.
29: MS of Cara and boy in front of a white background, this will be used for the second coda. Cara is confronting the boy and voicing her opinions. The boy tries to argue but looses. This is the last narrative shot.
We have organised a filming date for the Sunday and will be filming every thing at two locations. The warehouse and the park. Leon will write up a shooting schedule, I will make an accurate lyrics script with the duration of the song, duration, start and end time of each lyric and place parts of the songs on so we know what lines are needed for what scene.
Luke will plan the band shots and the lighting set up.
